Today is Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day! I'm participating by giving away a copy of my updated Macro Plaid Quilt Pattern.



To enter, leave a comment below by May 16th. I'll choose a random winner by May 18th and send them the PDF pattern via email by May 18th.

Need a comment prompt? Let me know what your favorite fabric pattern/design is. For me, it's a toss up between plaid and paisley. Good luck!

  21. Random, but I like the greek key motif. But I think I'd like to try this in a variety of blues/reds/and purples. I think it'd be pretty but not overly girly :)

  23. Oh, that's a fun looking pattern! I know my adult son would love it. I don't think I've ever thought about my favorite pattern or design. Maybe text designs or geometrics. (Then why do I have so many florals?)

  29. I love large-scale striking quilt designs like this - every time I see one I think, "That would be perfect for my brother!" Oh, yes, in oranges and black/greys/white, he'd like that.
    I like plaid very much, although paisly has never been my thing :P

  35. Love pretty character fabrics like Analeey Hoey & Sarah Jane's. This pattern would be perfect to make for my brother... pretty and girly won't work for him so I have been struggling for inspiration.

  60. I love fabric period. Over my years of sewing clothing I developed a love of classic patterns. Nothing beats a classic plaid or houndstooth so says my many Pendleton plaid skirts and houndstooth cardigans.

  64. I would love to make this Macro Plaid quilt for my son-in-law! I am drawn to bright colors and modern designs and often use vintage fabrics to balance it all out. My new adventure is fiber art using stick variations and multiple thread types.
