I had a busy, busy weekend. First off, I finished painting our side entryway. This is the first home improvement project I've finished in a long, long time... I have so many projects in progress that it's nice to finally be able to finish one and cross it off the list. The color is called "baby duck" by Benjamin Moore. I was going to paint the entryway orange or mustard-colored until two good friends chose this color instead. I think they made the right choice! Our cat, Luna, snuck into the picture. She is begging to go outside.
I also finished a pin cushion for the June/July pincushion challenge. Unfortunately my sewing machine is in the shop so I had to sew the whole thing by hand... it doesn't look the greatest, but I plan on re-doing it when I get my machine back.
And last but not least, I spent a ton of time working on the yard. The grandpa ott's morning glories I planted are finally starting to bloom! The yellow flower in front of them is a calendula, and behind them are our grapes.
